Brooks Macdonald announces changes to its Executive Committee

Brooks Macdonald announces the following changes to its Executive Committee.

Mike Holden is to step down as Chief Executive of Brooks Financial. Mike co-founded LIFT-Financial eighteen years ago. He joined Brooks Macdonald as part of our acquisition of LIFT and he has since played a key role leading the integration of the financial planning businesses. With those businesses now unified and having successfully launched the new brand, Brooks Financial, Mike has decided to retire with effect from 1 October 2025.

Debbie Dalzell, Chief People Officer, has decided to leave Brooks Macdonald to pursue external opportunities.

Successors for both roles will be announced in due course.
