Board Committees

The Board has formally constituted four non-executive committees, being the Audit, Risk and Compliance, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Audit Committee

Assists the Board in meeting its responsibilities for the integrity of the Group’s internal financial controls and its financial reporting.

Nomination Committee

Responsible for recommending Board and Committee appointments and reviewing the composition of the Board and the Board Committees to ensure they are suitably constituted, with an appropriate balance of skills, experience, knowledge and diversity.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee exercises independent judgement in the determination, implementation and operation of the overall Remuneration policy for the Group. It provides oversight of the design and application of the Remuneration policy and makes recommendations to the Board of the overarching principles for all Group employees.
