Brooks Macdonald announces change to its Executive Committee

Brooks Macdonald announces that Victoria Stubbs will join Brooks Macdonald as Chief Risk Officer. *

Victoria is an experienced Risk and Compliance leader with more than 25 years of experience across financial services. Most recently she was Head of Customer Compliance at Barclays UK. Her career history includes Chief Risk Officer and Executive Director at The Cambridge Building Society, a senior risk leadership role at Revolut working on its UK banking licence application, and a number of roles at the Financial Services Authority. She began her career at the Bank of England. Victoria holds an MA (Cantab) in Economics. She will report to Andrea Montague, CEO, and will become a member of the Executive Committee.

Jared Harris, Interim Chief Risk Officer, will leave Brooks Macdonald effective 30 September.

Jared Harris has been Interim Group Chief Risk Officer. During his time in role, he strengthened the company’s operational oversight and governance, worked closely with client operations, and assisted with the integration of Brooks Financial ensuring robust risk frameworks and compliance with regulatory expectations.
