Yes. We now have the functionality to send one-time passcodes via SMS. Please get in touch with our dedicated support team on [email protected] or call +44 (0)808 281 1069 to switch to SMS.

Is a one-time passcode (OTP) required every time I log in?
Yes – each time you log in, you will be sent a new OTP. This is intentional and is a second layer of security.

When you log in, you will see a ‘documents’ section listed in the left-hand navigation panel. Click here and select the required account from the account dropdown list (there is also an ‘all’ selection). If you do not see the ‘documents’ section, click on ‘client’.

Yes – your adviser and Brooks Macdonald can all see the same screens that you can to help navigate in the event you need support.
