We are committed to the advancement of women within financial services, and we are passionate about creating a diverse and equitable workplace at Brooks Macdonald which is Inclusive by Design.

In September 2018, Brooks Macdonald signed up to the Women in Finance Charter. At that time, we had 23% female representation in senior roles.

Having met our previous target of 30% female representation in senior roles by September 2024, we increased our target to 38% by September 2026.

As of September 2025, 44% of our total workforce were female, compared to 42% in 2024, and female representation in senior roles was at 35%, compared to 37% in 2024. This reduction was due to a number of acquisitions in 2025 with a high proportion of men in senior roles. In 2026, we will continue to focus on improving our gender balance at all levels.
