Main Market Listing

On 15 January 2025, Brooks Macdonald Group plc ("the Company") announced its intention for its ordinary shares to be admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
 

Admission became effective at 8:00 am on 28 March 2025 and the Company's ordinary shares were simultaneously cancelled from trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market. The following documents and announcements relate to Admission.
