Fran joined Brooks Macdonald in 2007 and heads the mortgage finance team. She has worked as a specialist mortgage consultant within several large mortgage lenders and intermediary companies and has held positions in operations, sales and management.  

Fran advises clients on the conventional purchase and remortgage markets as well as more complex matters such as investment and commercial property financing, equity release (lifetime mortgages) and foreign currency mortgages.

Fran holds the ER1 Equity Release, CEFA and CEMAP 1,2,3 qualifications.
