Asset Management trainee programme

Our trainee investment manager scheme is a mature, well-developed process. Amongst other considerations candidates are selected for their ability to relate to people, their analytical skills, outlook and drive.

Each trainee will learn directly from one of the investment managers and will qualify when fully trained and having passed a succession of industry recognised examinations.

As we grow, we will continue to develop high calibre trainees to add to the experience that we already have.
