Charlotte is responsible for the initial set up and maintenance of new client accounts, which involves liaising with clients, Professional Advisers, and product providers. She also manages the day-to-day administration tasks and enquiries on client accounts.
Charlotte is also responsible for the provision of continued training and development within the Executive Support team.
Prior to joining Brooks Macdonald in 2009, Charlotte worked as a business coordinator for Towry Law Financial Services where she was responsible for the set-up and administration of clients’ portfolios.
Charlotte has passed Unit 1 of the Certificate in Financial Planning.
