Brooks Macdonald Asset Management roll out suitability themed national adviser academies

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (BMAM) are delighted that over 250 advisers have signed up to attend one of their nine forthcoming ‘Adviser Academies’ scheduled to be held across the country during April and May. This builds upon the highly successful inaugural Academy in December last year.

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management signs Strategic Alliance with Bellpenny

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic alliance with Bellpenny, the national wealth manager and IFA acquirer.

This alliance enables Bellpenny to offer its clients access to Brooks Macdonald’s discretionary investment services, which have both received a 5 Star Rating from Defaqto, an independent financial research company.

The services are designed to meet the needs of Bellpenny’s private clients and will be managed on a discretionary basis.

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management third in Wealth Manager of the Year category at City of London Wealth Management Awards

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management is delighted to have placed third in the Wealth Management Company of the Year category at the City of London Wealth Management Awards held at the Guildhall in London. On an individual level, Head of Investment Strategy Gemma Godfrey won the TD Wealth Institutional Award for Best Industry Commentator.

The awards are to recognise and promote quality of service from wealth managers and stockbrokers and are unique in that winners are determined by an online public vote, with over 25,000 votes cast this year.

Asset Management and Financial Consulting win at inaugural Wealth Adviser Awards

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (BMAM) and Brooks Macdonald Financial Consulting (BMFC) each picked up awards at the inaugural Wealth Adviser Awards held at Sketch, London.

BMAM picked up the award for Best Wealth Management Firm UK and BMFC the award for Best Financial Advisory Firm. Investment Team Director, Charles Williams and Senior Consultant, Roddy Wirgman, were on hand to collect the awards for BMAM and BMFC respectively.

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management awarded 2013 Citywire Wealth Manager Regional Stars awards

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management is delighted to have been awarded the 2013 Citywire Wealth Manager Regional Stars award for the South & East (Hampshire) and Scotland & Northern Ireland (Edinburgh).

The awards were based on Professional Advisers’ views of their favourite wealth managers in their own region, rating them on a variety of criteria including investment outcomes, service and reporting.
